The crowd at Monday's non-league bout between the Raymore-Peculiar Panthers (Peculiar, MO) and the visiting Staley Falcons (Kansas City, MO), observed Raymore-Peculiar's softball team get by Staley by a tally of 9-4.

The Panthers (2-2) will now prepare for their bout against Lee's Summit (Lee's Summit, MO). The Tigers go into the Class 4 District 13 bout with a 4-0 record.

The Falcons now hold a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Blue Springs South for a contest on Tuesday, September 16.
