Illinois High School Volleyball - Somonauk can't hold off Amboy

In Monday's non-league match, the Amboy Clippers (Amboy, IL) volleyball squad tipped the host Somonauk Bobcats (Somonauk, IL), by a count of 2-1.

Next up, the Clippers battle the Eastland Cougars (Lanark, IL) in a Northwest Upstate Illini battle, on Tuesday, September 9. Amboy will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Cougars go into the battle with a 5-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Stillman Valley (Stillman Valley, IL).
