In Monday's league challenge, the host Boyle County Rebels volleyball squad scored a 3-0 win over the Garrard County Golden Lions.

With the win, Boyle County advances its record to 3-8 on the season. The Rebels travel to West Jessamine (Nicholasville, KY) to face the Colts in a non-league test on Tuesday, September 9. The Colts go into the test with a record of 11-4. West Jessamine lost 3-0 in their recent non-league test against North Oldham (Goshen, KY)

The Golden Lions now sport a 3-13 record. They play next when they host Danville Christian Academy for a District 45 outing on Tuesday, September 9. Garrard County will play a Warriors team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Burgin (Burgin, KY). The Warriors record now stands at 6-3.
