Massachusetts High School Volleyball - Braintree over Durfee

Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the Braintree Wamps (Braintree, MA) and the host Durfee Hilltoppers (Fall River, MA), observed Braintree's volleyball team top Durfee by a count of 3-0.

The Wamps (4-0) will now prepare for their contest against Needham (Needham, MA). The Rockets enter the Bay State - Herget contest with a 1-1 record. In their last contest, Needham notched a victory over Brookline (Brookline, MA), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Hilltoppers battle the Somerset Berkley Regional Raiders (Somerset, MA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, September 11. Durfee will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Raiders enter the contest with a 0-1 record after their 3-0 league loss to Greater New Bedford RVT (New Bedford, MA).
