The Seminary Bulldogs volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Columbia Wildcats to 1 in the Bulldogs non-league triumph on Monday.

The Bulldogs now have a 5-5 record. They play next when they host Raleigh for a Class 3A Region 6 outing on Tuesday, September 9. Seminary will play a Lions team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Taylorsville (Taylorsville, MS). The Lions record now stands at 4-7.

The Wildcats (3-7) will now prepare for their game against Poplarville (Poplarville, MS). The Hornets go into the Class 4A Region 7 game with a 8-4 record. In their last game, Poplarville went down by St. Patrick (Biloxi, MS), 2-0, in a non-league game.
