Virginia High School Volleyball - Galax overwhelmed by Eastern Montgomery

The Eastern Montgomery Mustangs topped the visiting Galax Maroon Tide volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Monday's non-league game.

Coming up next, the Mustangs play the Giles Spartans (Pearisburg, VA) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, September 10. Eastern Montgomery will attempt to better on its 4-1 season record. The Spartans come into the outing with a 4-1 record after their 3-1 league win over Auburn (Riner, VA).

With the loss, Galax drops to 2-4 on the campaign. The Maroon tide host George Wythe (Wytheville, VA) to play the Maroons in a Mountain Empire outing on Tuesday, September 9. The Maroons come into the outing with a record of 1-2.
