In Monday's non-league match, the Emerald Vikings (Greenwood, SC) volleyball squad prevailed the visiting Saluda Tigers (Saluda, SC), by a count of 3-0.

Next up, the Vikings confront the Strom Thurmond Rebels (Johnston, SC) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, September 9. Emerald will attempt to move on its 3-5 season record. The Rebels enter the match with a 2-5 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Clinton (Clinton, SC).
