California High School Volleyball - Silver Creek can't hold off Evergreen Valley

The Evergreen Valley Cougars (San Jose, CA) volleyball held off the host Silver Creek Raiders (San Jose, CA), 3-2 in Monday's league bout.
The Cougars now possess a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to Leigh for a BVAL - Mt. Hamilton bout on Wednesday, September 10. Evergreen Valley will clash with a Longhorns team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Fremont (Sunnyvale, CA). The Longhorns record now stands at 1-3.
With the loss, Silver Creek drops to 5-2 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Christopher (Gilroy, CA) to battle the Cougars in a BVAL - Mt. Hamilton match on Wednesday, September 10. The Cougars enter the match with a record of 3-4. Christopher won 3-1 in their recent league match against Piedmont Hills (San Jose, CA)
