In Monday's league challenge, the host Fenton Tigers volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Kearsley Hornets.

The Tigers (4-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Linden (Linden, MI). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 6-2 record. In their last challenge, Linden beat Swartz Creek (Swartz Creek, MI), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Hornets face the Holly Bronchos (Holly, MI) in a non-league test, on Thursday, September 11. Kearsley will attempt to advance on its 0-5 season record. The Bronchos go into the test with a 3-9 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Flushing (Flushing, MI).
