The Greene County Wildcats volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Forrest County Agricultural Aggies to 0 in the Wildcats league triumph on Monday.

The Wildcats now sport a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they host Pass Christian for a Class 4A Region 8 game on Tuesday, September 9. Greene County will confront a Pirates squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Presbyterian Christian (Hattiesburg, MS). The Pirates record now stands at 4-8.

The Aggies (6-11) will now prepare for their game against Moss Point (Moss Point, MS). The Tigers enter the Class 4A Region 8 game with a 1-11 record. In their last game, Moss Point was dropped by Stone (Wiggins, MS), 3-0, in a non-league game.
