Grayson County Cougars (Leitchfield, KY) boosters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting McLean County Cougars (Calhoun, KY), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Grayson County improves its record to 10-2 on the season. The Cougars travel to Edmonson County (Brownsville, KY) to meet the Wildcats in a District 12 challenge on Tuesday, September 9. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 4-10. Edmonson County lost 2-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Barren County (Glasgow, KY)

Next, the Cougars meet the Ohio County Eagles (Hartford, KY) in a District 10 test, on Thursday, September 11. McLean County will attempt to improve on its 3-10 season record. The Eagles go into the test with a 4-9 record after their 3-0 league loss to Muhlenberg County (Greenville, KY).
