The Harrisburg Hornets volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Walnut Ridge Bobcats to 0 in the Hornets league triumph on Monday.
The Hornets now possess a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host Crowley's Ridge Academy for a 3A 3 game on Tuesday, September 9. Harrisburg will confront a Falcons squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Hoxie (Hoxie, AR). The Falcons record now stands at 2-0.
The Bobcats (3-2) will now prepare for their game against Central (West Helena, AR). The Cougars enter the 3A 3 game with a 1-4 record. In their last bout, Central was topped by Newport (Newport, AR), 3-0, in a league bout.
