The Rebels now possess a 9-7 record. They take the field next when they host Newton for a Class 2A Region 5 match on Thursday, September 11. Scott Central will battle a Tigers squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Lake (Lake, MS). The Tigers record now stands at 4-1.

The Wildcats (2-9) will now prepare for their match against Eupora (Eupora, MS). The Eagles enter the Class 2A Region 4 match with a 7-7 record. In their last match, Eupora notched a victory over Velma Jackson (Camden, MS), 3-0, in a league match.
