In Monday's non-league challenge, the host Larue County Hawks volleyball squad scored a 3-1 win over the North Hardin Trojans.
With the win, Larue County improves its record to 5-10 on the season. The Hawks travel to Green County (Greensburg, KY) to face the Dragons in a District 18 test on Thursday, September 11. The Dragons go into the test with a record of 7-8.
The Trojans now own a 4-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nelson County for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 10. North Hardin will face a Cardinals squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Bardstown (Bardstown, KY). The Cardinals record now stands at 2-7.
