With the win, North advances its record to 11-6 on the season. The Saxons travel to Peninsula (Rolling Hills Estates, CA) to face the Panthers in a Pioneer test on Thursday, September 11. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 6-2. Peninsula won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against San Pedro (San Pedro, CA)

The Pirates now sport a 2-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Venice for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 10. San Pedro will face a Gondoliers squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Fairfax (Los Angeles, CA). The Gondoliers record now stands at 10-2.
