North Carolina High School Volleyball - Rosewood tips South Lenoir

September 8, 2025: Goldsboro, NC 27530

Fans at Monday's non-league contest between the Rosewood Eagles (Goldsboro, NC) and the visiting South Lenoir Blue Devils (Deep Run, NC), observed Rosewood's volleyball team hold off South Lenoir by a count of 3-2.

The Eagles (9-2) will now prepare for their contest against Wallace-Rose Hill (Teachey, NC). The Bulldogs enter the Swine Valley 2A/3A contest with a 11-1 record. In their last contest, Wallace-Rose Hill got by James Kenan (Warsaw, NC), 3-1, in a league contest.

Next, the Blue Devils encounter the Farmville Central Jaguars (Farmville, NC) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, September 10. South Lenoir will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record. The Jaguars go into the battle with a 8-0 record after their 3-0 league win over Beddingfield (Wilson, NC).
