Fans at Monday's league contest between the School of the Arts Silverhawks (Rochester, NY) and the host Wilson Magnet Wildcats (Rochester, NY), observed School of the Arts's volleyball team top Wilson Magnet by a count of 3-0.

The Silverhawks (1-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Early College (Yonkers, NY). The Sharks enter the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Early College achieved victory over Edison Tech (Rochester, NY), 3-0, in a non-league test.

The Wildcats now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Franklin for a Section 5 Rochester test on Tuesday, September 9. Wilson Magnet will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to World of Inquiry (Rochester, NY). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-1.
