Utah High School Football - Monticello beat Altamont

The Monticello Buckaroo football squad scored 35 points and restricted the host Altamont Longhorns to 8 in the Buckaroo league victory on Friday.

The Buckaroo now possess a 2-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Utah School for the Deaf & Blind for a battle on Saturday, September 10. Monticello will play a Eagles squad coming off a 97-46 league loss to Whitehorse (Montezuma Creek, UT). The Eagles record now stands at 0-1.

Coming up next, the Longhorns play the Utah School for the Deaf & Blind Eagles (Ogden, UT) in a battle, on Wednesday, September 14. Altamont will attempt to advance on its 1-2 season record. The Eagles enter the battle with a 0-2 record after their 60-30 league loss to Monticello (Monticello, UT).
