In Friday's league game, the Dixie Flyers (St. George, UT) football team smashed the visiting Pine View Panthers (St. George, UT), by a score of 51-13.

The Flyers (3-1) will now prepare for their game against Desert Hills (St. George, UT). The Thunder come into the 4A Region 10 game with a 3-2 record. In their last game, Desert Hills overwhelmed North Sanpete (Mt. Pleasant, UT), 44-0, in a non-league game.

The Panthers now sport a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they host Cedar for a 4A Region 10 game on Friday, September 16. Pine View will battle a Reds team coming off a 38-0 league win over Hurricane (Hurricane, UT). The Reds record now stands at 2-3.
