With the win, Kimball upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Jaguars travel to Central Catholic (Modesto, CA) to play the Raiders in a non-league bout on Thursday, September 22. The Raiders go into the bout with a record of 0-3.

The Yellowjackets now own a 2-8 record. They play next when they travel to Bear Creek for a bout on Tuesday, September 13. Franklin will play a Bruins squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to San Marin (Novato, CA). The Bruins record now stands at 1-3.
