In Friday's league battle, the visiting Ichabod Crane Riders soccer squad scored a close 3-1 win over the Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk Indians.
The Riders (2-1) will now prepare for their battle against Voorheesville (Voorheesville, NY). The Blackbirds go into the Colonial Council battle with a 3-0 record. In their last battle, Voorheesville nipped Mohonasen (Schenectady, NY), 8-0, in a league battle.
The Indians (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against Lansingburgh (Troy, NY). The Knights go into the Colonial Council battle with a 0-2 record.
