The Commerce Tigers volleyball team (Commerce, TX), went down 3-1 in Friday's league challenge with the host Lone Oak Buffaloes (Lone Oak, TX)

The Buffaloes (8-16) will now prepare for their challenge against Grand Saline (Grand Saline, TX). The Indians enter the 3A Region II District 12 challenge with a 0-15 record. In their last challenge, Grand Saline went down by Rains (Emory, TX), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Tigers encounter the Edgewood Bulldogs (Edgewood, TX) in a 3A Region II District 12 challenge, on Tuesday, September 13. Commerce will attempt to move on its 8-15 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 20-7 record after their 3-2 league win over Chisum (Paris, TX).
