With the win, Liberty Preparatory Christian upgrades its record to 7-1 on the year. The Patriots host St. Anne Catholic (Rock Hill, SC) to play the Eagles in a A Region 2 bout on Thursday, September 15. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 2-4. St. Anne Catholic lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Lee Park Prep (Monroe, NC)

The Mariners now own a 2-3 record. They play next when they host Lee Park Prep for a bout on Monday, September 12. Jackson Day will play a Knights squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Westminster Catawba Christian (Rock Hill, SC). The Knights record now stands at 7-3.
