Tennessee High School Volleyball - Knoxville Trailblazers edged by Wilmington Christian Academy

The Wilmington Christian Academy Patriots held off the host Knoxville Trailblazers Trailblazers volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Friday's non-league test.

The Patriots now have a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tri-Cities Christian for a non-league test on Friday, September 9. Wilmington Christian Academy will confront a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Bethel Christian Academy (Spruce Pine, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 2-2.

The Trailblazers (4-10) will now prepare for their test against Providence Academy (Johnson City, TN). The enter the non-league test with a 9-4 record. In their last test, Providence Academy held off Franklin Road Christian (Murfreesboro, TN), 2-0, in a non-league test.
