The Roosevelt Rough Riders football team (Honolulu, HI), was tipped 27-24 in Saturday's league challenge with the host Kaiser Cougars (Honolulu, HI)
The Cougars (2-3) will now prepare for their challenge against McKinley (Honolulu, HI). The Tigers come into the OIA II challenge with a 0-4 record. In their last challenge, McKinley was tipped by Pearl City (Pearl City, HI), 42-6, in a league challenge.
The Rough Riders now sport a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kalaheo for a OIA II challenge on Friday, September 22. Roosevelt will meet a Mustangs team coming off a 60-43 league win over Kaimuki (Honolulu, HI). The Mustangs record now stands at 2-1.
