Georgia High School Volleyball - Brunswick tips Evans

The Brunswick Pirates (Brunswick, GA) volleyball nudged the visiting Evans Knights (Evans, GA), 2-1 in Saturday's league outing.

With the win, Brunswick betters its record to 6-7 on the year. The Pirates travel to Lakeside (Evans, GA) to face the Panthers in a 6A Area 2 outing on Saturday, September 9. The Panthers go into the outing with a record of 20-0. Lakeside won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Davidson Fine Arts (Augusta, GA)

The Knights now sport a 4-19 record. They play next when they travel to Glynn Academy for a 6A Area 2 outing on Saturday, September 9. Evans will face a Terrors squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Hilton Head Christian Academy (Hilton Head Island, SC). The Terrors record now stands at 14-2.
