The Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart Mustangs volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Madelia Blackhawks to 0 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Saturday.

The Mustangs now have a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Springfield for a Tomahawk game on Thursday, September 14. Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart will meet a Tigers team coming off a 3-1 league loss to St. Mary's (Sleepy Eye, MN). The Tigers record now stands at 0-3.

The Blackhawks (3-4) will now prepare for their game against Loyola (Mankato, MN). The Crusaders enter the Valley game with a 1-2 record.
