In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Christian County Colonels volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Danville Christian Academy Warriors.
The Colonels (8-3) will now prepare for their battle against Adair County (Columbia, KY). The Indians come into the non-league battle with a 3-6 record. In their last battle, Adair County achieved victory over Clinton County (Albany, KY), 3-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Warriors clash with the Somerset Briar Jumpers (Somerset, KY) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 9. Danville Christian Academy will attempt to advance on its 4-8 season record. The Briar Jumpers come into the battle with a 8-2 record after their 3-1 league win over Rockcastle County (Mt. Vernon, KY).
