The Lincoln County Patriots volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Danville Admirals to 1 in the Patriots league victory on Saturday.

The Patriots now have a 5-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Garrard County for a District 45 game on Saturday, September 9. Lincoln County will meet a Golden Lions team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Boyle County (Danville, KY). The Golden Lions record now stands at 6-9.

The Admirals (2-9) will now prepare for their game against Berea (Berea, KY). The Pirates enter the non-league game with a 4-7 record. In their last game, Berea was nudged by Madison Southern (Berea, KY), 3-1, in a league game.
