The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Grant County co-op [Carson/Elgin-New Leipzig] Storm (Elgin, ND) and the host Flasher Bulldogs (Flasher, ND), saw Grant County co-op [Carson/Elgin-New Leipzig]'s volleyball squad beat Flasher by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Grant County co-op [Carson/Elgin-New Leipzig] upgrades its record to 1-2 on the year. The Storm travel to Heart River co-op [Belfield/South Heart] (Belfield, ND) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 12. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 1-1. Heart River co-op [Belfield/South Heart] won 3-2 in their recent league bout against Richardton-Taylor (Richardton, ND)

The Bulldogs now own a 9-2 record. They play next when they travel to Berthold/North Shore for a non-league bout on Saturday, September 9. Flasher will play a Bombers squad coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Velva (Velva, ND). The Bombers record now stands at 0-1.
