The West Marshall Trojans volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host H-L-V Warriors to 0 in the Trojans non-league victory on Saturday.
The Trojans (7-10) will now prepare for their challenge against East Marshall (Le Grand, IA). The Mustangs enter the North Iowa Cedar - West challenge with a 3-9 record. In their last challenge, East Marshall defeated B-G-M (Brooklyn, IA), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Warriors encounter the B-G-M Bears (Brooklyn, IA) in a South Iowa Cedar challenge, on Monday, September 11. H-L-V will attempt to move on its 0-11 season record. The Bears enter the challenge with a 3-7 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to South Tama County (Tama, IA).
