In Saturday's league contest, the Harrisburg Tigers (Harrisburg, SD) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Mitchell Kernels (Mitchell, SD), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Tigers battle the Dakota Valley Panthers (North Sioux City, SD) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, September 12. Harrisburg will attempt to better on its 8-0 season record.

With the loss, Mitchell moves to 2-7 on the year. The Kernels host Yankton (Yankton, SD) to battle the Bucks/Gazelles in a AA District 1 contest on Saturday, September 16. The Bucks/Gazelles go into the contest with a record of 1-6.
