In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Modoc Braves volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Lassen Grizzlies.
The Braves (8-6) will now prepare for their battle against Trinity (Weaverville, CA). The Wolves come into the non-league battle with a 9-8 record. In their last battle, Trinity achieved victory over Anderson (Anderson, CA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Grizzlies clash with the Burney Raiders (Burney, CA) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, September 9. Lassen will attempt to advance on its 5-12 season record. The Raiders come into the battle with a 1-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Fall River (McArthur, CA).
