The Loyola Crusaders volleyball team (Mankato, MN), went down 2-0 in Saturday's league challenge with the visiting Madelia Blackhawks (Madelia, MN)

The Blackhawks (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Martin County West (Sherburn, MN). The Mavericks come into the Valley challenge with a 2-5 record. In their last challenge, Martin County West went down by Alden-Conger (Alden, MN), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Crusaders encounter the Nicollet Raiders (Nicollet, MN) in a Valley challenge, on Tuesday, September 12. Loyola will attempt to move on its 1-5 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 0-3 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton (Janesville, MN).
