The Murrieta Mesa Rams volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Rim of the World Fighting Scots to 0 in the Rams non-league victory on Saturday.

The Rams now possess a 13-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chaparral for a Southwestern game on Tuesday, September 12. Murrieta Mesa will meet a Pumas team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to JSerra Catholic (San Juan Capistrano, CA). The Pumas record now stands at 14-3.

The Fighting Scots (13-5) will now prepare for their game against Grand Terrace (Grand Terrace, CA). The Titans enter the Sunkist game with a 17-3 record. In their last game, Grand Terrace defeated Moreno Valley (Moreno Valley, CA), 3-1, in a non-league game.
