The Woodbury Central Wildcats volleyball team (Moville, IA), was dropped 2-0 in Saturday's league challenge with the visiting River Valley Wolverines (Correctionville, IA)

The Wolverines (8-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Northwest Webster (Manson, IA). The Cougars enter the non-league challenge with a 4-8 record. In their last challenge, Northwest Webster defeated Graettinger-Terril/Ruthven-Ayrshire (Ruthven, IA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Wildcats meet the Westwood Rebels (Sloan, IA) in a Western Valley - North challenge, on Tuesday, September 12. Woodbury Central will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Rebels enter the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Jefferson (Council Bluffs, IA).
