With the win, Wayne improves its record to 1-1 on the season. The Eagles travel to Victor (Victor, NY) to face the Blue Devils in a non-league test on Thursday, September 12. The Blue Devils go into the test with a record of 0-0.

The Griffins now own a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to School of the Arts for a non-league test on Tuesday, September 10. World of Inquiry will face a Silverhawks squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to McQuaid Jesuit (Rochester, NY). The Silverhawks record now stands at 0-1.
