The San Diego Cavers flag football squad scored 21 points and limited the visiting Hoover Cardinals to 14 in the Cavers league triumph on Monday.

The Cavers now hold a 3-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Point Loma for a City - Western test on Monday, September 16. San Diego will meet a Pointers squad coming off a 34-0 league loss to Mira Mesa (San Diego, CA). The Pointers record now stands at 2-3.

With the defeat, Hoover drops to 3-6 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Montgomery (San Diego, CA) to meet the Aztecs in a non-league test on Friday, September 13. The Aztecs come into the test with a record of 0-3.
