California High School Flag Football - Sutter sneaks past River Valley

September 9, 2024: Yuba City, CA 95993

The Sutter Huskies flag football squad scored 12 points and limited the host River Valley Falcons to 6 in the Huskies non-league triumph on Monday.

The Huskies now sport a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rio Linda for a Golden Empire League test on Wednesday, September 11. Sutter will meet a Knights squad coming off a 33-6 league win over Casa Roble (Orangevale, CA). The Knights record now stands at 4-4.

With the defeat, River Valley drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Lincoln (Lincoln, CA) to meet the Fighting Zebras in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 18. The Fighting Zebras come into the test with a record of 0-1.
