Fans at Monday's league battle between the Sumner Tigers (East Sullivan, ME) and the visiting Woodland Dragons (Baileyville, ME), saw Sumner's soccer squad knock off Woodland by a score of 3-1.

The Tigers (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Narraguagus (Harrington, ME). The Knights enter the non-league battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Narraguagus by George Stevens Academy (Blue Hill, ME), 8-0, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Dragons confront the Shead Tigers (Eastport, ME) in a 8 Person - North battle, on Wednesday, September 11. Woodland will attempt to improve on its 1-1 season record.
