South Lenoir Blue Devils (Deep Run, NC) backers exited the stadium pleased Monday as they witnessed their soccer team beat the visiting Lejeune Devil Pups (Camp Lejeune, NC), 4-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, South Lenoir advances its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Blue Devils travel to American Leadership Academy-Johnston (Clayton, NC) to clash with the Patriots in a non-league test on Thursday, September 12. The Patriots come into the test with a record of 2-4. American Leadership Academy-Johnston 2-2 in their recent non-league test against Wake Prep Academy (Wake Forest, NC)

The Devil Pups now have a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they host Southwest Onslow for a non-league test on Wednesday, September 11. Lejeune will clash with a Stallions team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to White Oak (Jacksonville, NC). The Stallions record now stands at 2-2.
