North Forrest Eagles (Hattiesburg, MS) boosters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Forrest County Agricultural Aggies (Brooklyn, MS), 3-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, North Forrest improves its record to 10-2 on the season. The Eagles host Richton (Richton, MS) to face the Rebels in a Class 2A Region 8 test on Tuesday, September 10. The Rebels go into the test with a record of 7-2. Richton won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Laurel (Laurel, MS)

The Aggies now own a 4-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Purvis for a Class 4A Region 7 test on Tuesday, September 10. Forrest County Agricultural will face a Tornadoes squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over South Jones (Ellisville, MS). The Tornadoes record now stands at 15-7.
