North Carolina High School Volleyball - Franklin over Murphy

September 9, 2024: Murphy, NC 28906

In Monday's non-league challenge, the visiting Franklin Panthers volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Murphy Bulldogs.

The Panthers (11-0) will now prepare for their challenge against West Henderson (Hendersonville, NC). The Falcons come into the Mountain Seven 3A challenge with a 10-0 record. In their last challenge, West Henderson beat Polk County (Columbus, NC), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs play the Highlands Highlanders (Highlands, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 12. Murphy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Highlanders come into the challenge with a 3-8 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Swain County (Bryson City, NC).
