The Stampede (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against Central (Tuscaloosa, AL). The Falcons enter the 6A Area 6 contest with a 1-7 record. In their last contest, Central was knocked off by Brookwood (Brookwood, AL), 3-0, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Tornadoes battle the Pickens Academy Pirates (Carrollton, AL) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, September 10. Pickens County will attempt to move on its 2-6 season record. The Pirates enter the contest with a 3-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Greensboro (Greensboro, AL).
