In Tuesday's non-league outing, the host St. Paul Academy-Summit Spartans soccer squad scored a tight 2-1 victory over the Minnehaha Academy Red Hawks.

The Spartans (5-2) will now prepare for their outing against Providence Academy (Plymouth, MN). The Lions go into the non-league game with a 5-2 record. In their last game, Providence Academy edged Heritage Christian (Karlstad, MN), 4-3, in a non-league game.

The Red Hawks (1-6) will now prepare for their game against Breck (Minneapolis, MN). The Mustangs come into the Class A Section 5 game with a 2-4 record. In their last game, Breck was nipped by Blake (Minneapolis, MN), 3-0, in a league game.
