The Burns Bulldogs volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Highland Tech Rams to 0 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Tuesday.

The Bulldogs now sport a 8-0 record. They take the field next when they host West Lincoln for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 11. Burns will clash with a Rebels team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to East Rutherford (Bostic, NC). The Rebels record now stands at 2-5.

With the loss, Highland Tech drops to 4-4 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Christ the King (Huntersville, NC) to clash with the Crusaders in a non-league bout on Wednesday, September 10. The Crusaders come into the bout with a record of 5-6. Christ the King won 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Community School of Davidson (Davidson, NC)
