North Carolina High School Volleyball - Cannon edged by Charlotte Country Day School

Charlotte Country Day School Buccaneers (Charlotte, NC) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting Cannon Cougars (Concord, NC), 2-1 in a league test.

With the win, Charlotte Country Day School improves its record to 1-2 on the season. The Buccaneers host Providence Day (Charlotte, NC) to face the Chargers in a non-league test on Wednesday, September 10. The Chargers go into the test with a record of 2-1. Providence Day won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Covenant Day (Matthews, NC)

The Cougars now own a 3-6 record. They play next when they travel to Charlotte Latin for a challenge on Thursday, September 11.
