The Manheim Central Barons edged the visiting Cocalico Eagles volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league game.
Next up, the Barons confront the Garden Spot Spartans (New Holland, PA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, September 11. Manheim Central will attempt to advance on its 2-0 season record.
The Eagles (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Lampeter-Strasburg (Lampeter, PA). The Pioneers go into the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Lampeter-Strasburg was edged by Solanco (Quarryville, PA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
