The South Carroll Cavaliers beat the visiting Liberty Lions volleyball team by a tally of 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

The Cavaliers now have a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Century for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 11. South Carroll will play a Knights team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Westminster (Westminster, MD). The Knights record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, Liberty drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Francis Scott Key (Union Bridge, MD) to play the Eagles in a non-league game on Thursday, September 18. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 0-0.
