The Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy Gryphons tipped the visiting Piedmont Community Charter Patriots volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league game.
Next up, the Gryphons clash with the Queen's Grant Stallions (Matthews, NC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, September 19. Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy will attempt to better on its 6-0 season record.
With the loss, Piedmont Community Charter drops to 2-3 on the year. The Patriots host Mountain Island Charter (Mt. Holly, NC) to confront the Raptors in a non-league match on Tuesday, September 16. The Raptors enter the match with a record of 1-2.
